WidePoint Corporation (NYSE American: WYY), provider of Trusted Mobility Management (TM2) specializing in Telecommunications Lifecycle Management, Identity Management and Bill Presentment & Analytics solutions, was awarded a new Task Order from the U.S. Coast Guard under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cellular Wireless Management Services BPA. The new award has a period of performance of 15 months, consisting of a base period of one year with two option periods. The total award value is in excess of $12 million, if all options periods are exercised.
